ORDER PROCESSING / SHIPPING

In stock orders are generally shipped with in 48 hours from when your order is placed. Items that are too large for regular ground delivery require shipment via truck freight. We will notify you via email with the current rate for your area. Your card will not be charge without shipping approval. After approval we will provide you with tracking information. The shipping carrier will call the phone number we have on file to arrange the delivery day and time. You must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. Certain items may be out of stock or on back order. In the case an item is not directly in stock in our shipping warehouse or from our distribution outlets, an email will be sent to notify you. Orders are not deemed active until funds are recieved, until then orders are considered pending. Anvil reserves the right to cancel any orders deemed fraudulent or misleading.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders must be paid by money order, cashiers check or wire transfer. Additional shipping fees apply to all international orders.

Right hand or left hand sides are determined by sitting in the vehicle.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Some products may be damaged during transit, although this rarely happens it is important to protect yourself in the event something may happen. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not accept an order until all pieces have been inspected. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control so the following specific guidelines must be followed:

  1. All packages must be inspected in the presence of the driver.
  2. In the event that the driver does not let you do this, notify the driver that he must note it on the bill of lading that he did not allow you to inspect the item and contact us, no exceptions.
  3. All shipments are quality checked before leaving, please never judge a package by looking at the box condition.
  4. To get any type of credit, replacement or reimbursement, the damage must be noted on the bill of lading and refused so that we may be able to file a claim for you. If damage is not noted, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim.

WARRANTY / LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Anvil Auto Inc. warrants all our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time it is shipped. Not covered under warranty is damage to the material or paint as a result of impact or stress. This is a conditional warranty. Any product deemed to be defective by Anvil Auto Inc. and returned to Anvil Auto Inc. will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Anvil Auto Inc. Anvil Auto Inc. does not assume any financial responsibility for the actual costs incurred for, the removal and replacement labor, freight costs--if any, nor for any incidental expenses or consequential damages that may be incurred. The expressed limit of Anvil Auto Inc. liability is for the product replacement {Warranty} is limited by the original sales price of the product, as evident by the original purchase order to and the invoice from Anvil Auto Inc. All products sold by Anvil Auto Inc. are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Anvil is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the department of transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/ highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not be responsible for your own actions.

Professional installation of body kits and body related parts i.e. hoods, fenders, grills, etc. is highly recommended. Hood pins are highly recommended for aftermarket hoods. Anvil is not responsible for any items damaged during installation. Anvil is not liable for typographical errors on websites and printed materials.

RETURN POLICY

Defective products can be returned for a full refund. Anvil Auto will determine whether the product is defective upon receipt of the returned items. All returns must be pre-approved by Anvil Auto with a Return Authorization {RA} number.

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be pre-approved by Anvil Auto with a Return Authorization {RA} number. All authorized returns must be shipped within 10 days of issuance of the RA number, and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. All approved returns after 10 days of issuance of the RA number subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns should be insured for the full amount by the shipper. All authorized returns must be carefully packed in the original carton when possible. Any additional damage during the return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Freight costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.
