This is a conditional warranty. Anvil Auto Inc. warrants all our products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Not covered under this warranty is improper assembly, installation, maintenance, use, modifications, normal wear and tear, or storage. Any product deemed to be defective by Anvil Auto Inc. and returned to Anvil Auto Inc. within one year of the date of shipment will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Anvil Auto Inc. Anvil Auto Inc. does not assume any financial responsibility for the actual costs incurred for the removal and replacement labor, freight/shipping costs, if any, nor for any incidental expenses or consequential damages that may be incurred. The expressed limit of Anvil Auto Inc.'s liability for warranty claims is limited by the original sales price of the product, as evident by the original purchase order and invoice from Anvil Auto Inc., and is not transferable when the product is sold by the original buyer.
All products sold by Anvil Auto Inc. are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Anvil is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not be responsible for your own actions.
Because of the hand made nature of Anvil Auto Inc. parts, there may be very slight surface imperfections on the clear coat or the carbon fibers, such as tiny pin holes, slight distortion or coloration in the carbon weave, or minor loose fibers that are deemed acceptable. Every part is inspected before it leaves our warehouse and we do not ship parts that do not meet our stringent quality standards unless otherwise disclosed.
In rare instances where remnants of rubbing compound from production appear, simply remove by rubbing with a soft dry cloth. If areas become dull, restore shine by polishing with a clean dry soft cloth and rubbing compound.
Anvil Auto Inc. requires the use of hood pins on all composite part hoods. Anvil Auto Inc. shall not be held liable for any damages to the product and/or vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins. Please note that Anvil Auto Inc. does not recommend re-installing gas/spring hood shocks, dampers, and/or struts. Damages to the hood that result from the use of gas/spring struts will not be covered under warranty.
Anvil Auto Inc. Fitment Guarantee
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our composite parts, minor alterations may be necessary for an ideal fit. All composite parts are therefore unique and any alterations needed, if any, shall be performed by the buyer to their satisfaction before installation.
All products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process.
Anvil Auto Inc. has made an effort to produce all its aftermarket products to fit as closely as possible to OEM parts. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to their satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, they must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely no returns on painted products. It is also important for the buyer to note that any modifications or adjustments made to the products during installation are done at the buyer's own risk. Anvil Auto Inc. shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, and/or labor cost resulting from such modifications or adjustments.
Anvil Auto Inc. does not guarantee part fitment on vehicles that have been involved in accidents, have had or currently have body damage, have been previously modified, and/or using other aftermarket products not sold by Anvil Auto Inc.
