Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for choosing to pre-order a product from our store. Pre-orders allow you to secure your desired items before they becomes available for purchase. Please note the following important information regarding our pre-order policy:
- You may cancel your pre-order at any time for a full refund before the order ships. Simply contact us to request a cancellation and refund.
- The current estimated shipping times* are displayed on the product page of each item marked for pre-order. Please review these before placing your order.
- Regardless of which option is selected, "Full Deposit" or "50% Deposit", no priority is given to the "Full Deposit" option over the "50% deposit" option.
- Once stock becomes available to fulfill part or all of your order, we will send an email to the email address we have on file for you. This email will include information about the status of your order and any remaining balance that may be due.
- If there is a remaining balance due on your order, you will have 2 weeks from the date of the email to pay the balance. If you fail to pay the balance within this time frame, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- In the event that we are unable to refund your original payment method, we will issue a check and send it to the billing address on file for your order.
