How To Change Your Shipping Address On An Order

Changing your shipping address is as easy as one-two-three. Please note, this will only be possible if your order has not shipped. There are two ways to change your shipping address. If your order has shipped, you will need to contact the carrier in order to redirect your parcel to a new shipping address.

1) Order Confirmation Page

The first way to make changes to your shipping address is right after when you place your order and you are redirected to the order confirmation page. You will notice and “Update Address” button below, see image below.

 Click on the "Update Address" button below your current shipping address. You will be redirected to the following page:

You will see your current information displayed. Make any changes you would like to make in each field box. Once done, click on the blue "Update Address" button. If successful, you will be prompted with the following message:

You will be redirect to the order confirmation email page and you will see your new shipping address.

2) Confirmation Email

The second way to update your shipping address can be done with your confirmation email. First locate your confirmation email in your inbox. In your confirmation email, look for the section that say "Customer Information", you will notice a button under your current shipping address label "Update Address", see picture below.

Click on the "Update Address" button. You will be redirected to the following page:

You will need to enter the email address you used at checkout in order to proceed with updating your shipping address. Once you have verified your email address you will see the following page:

Make any changes you would like to make in each field box. Once done, click on the blue "Update Address" button. If successful, you will be prompted with the following message:

You will be redirect to the order confirmation email page and you will see your new shipping address.
